Stacey is the Owner of Smith & Co and has been since July 2018. Stacey started off as a receptionist at the Salon in 2016 and has gone on to buy the business and now works along side her husband Iain who works as the Financial & HR Manager. Stacey specialises in Facials which is her passion and also does many other beauty services. Stacey dedicates her work to her team and will do anything she can to support them and make sure they are all happy in their working environment and feel appreicated as part of the team.
Stacey has 20 years in the customer service industry and her mission is to create the ultimate Salon experience.

Danielle is Smith & Co's Salon Supervsior and full time Senior Hair Stylist and has been doing hairdressing for over 4 years now. Danielle is there to support Stacey and Iain in the day to day running of the Salon. Danielle has amazing attention to detail with her highlights and her cutting is precise. Danielle has such a kind and caring attitude. Danielle joined Smith & Co in February 2023.

Madi is our Assistant Salon Supervisor and Full Time Beauty Therapist at Smith & Co. Madi is so passionate and on trend with the beauty industry and loves to learn new treatments. Madi's favourite treatments are Massage, Facials & Brows and Lashes! Madi has a fresh eye in all Beauty aspects and we cannot wait to see her grow with her ambition and bring new things to the Salon.

Karita is our amazing Holistic Beauty Therapist and Senior Hair Stylists. Karita has over 30 years experience in the Hair & Beauty Industry. Karita specialises in all things Holistic and really does have healing hands. Karita is Reiki Master and is Master Herbalist. If you book in with a massage with Karita for medical purposes or injury from an accident you can also claim the massage back on your health insurance because Karita has letters after her name that allow you to do so. Karita is also a natural in the hair aspect too and just loves making people feel good. Karita goes above and beyond for all her clients and has such great care, you will always see her with a smile on her face and our clients cannot speak more highly of her.
