Stacey has proudly owned Smith & Co since July 2018. Her journey with the salon began in 2016 when she joined the team as a receptionist. Through dedication, passion, and hard work, she went on to purchase the business and now works alongside her husband, Iain, who is the salon’s Financial & HR Manager.
With a particular passion for skincare and facial treatments, Stacey specialises in advanced facial services while also offering a wide range of beauty treatments. She is committed to creating exceptional experiences for every client and is passionate about supporting her team, ensuring they feel valued, motivated, and appreciated within a positive working environment.
With over 20 years of experience in customer service, Stacey’s goal is to provide every guest with a warm welcome and the ultimate salon experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Danielle – Salon Manager & Senior Hair Stylist
Danielle is Smith & Co’s Salon Manager and a full-time Senior Hair Stylist, bringing over eight years of hairdressing experience to the salon. Since joining the team in February 2023, she has become an integral part of the day-to-day running of the business, working closely alongside Stacey and Iain to ensure every client receives an exceptional experience.
Known for her attention to detail, Danielle specialises in beautiful, bespoke colouring and highlighting services, alongside precision cutting tailored to each client’s individual style. Her warm, caring nature and professional approach make her a favourite with both clients and colleagues alike.
Danielle is passionate about helping her clients look and feel their best, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and relaxing salon experience for everyone who sits in her chair.

Phoebe is our friendly Saturday Assistant and an important part of the Smith & Co team. Alongside her college studies, she helps support the Salon every Saturday by assisting in reception duties and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Phoebe is always ready to welcome clients with a smith and make sure they feel comfortable during their visit. Whether she's helping at reception or making a fresh cup of tea or coffee, she plays a valuable role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
